Inter-force volleyball tournament held

Imphal, September 20 2024: An Inter-Force Volleyball Tournament was organised at 2nd battalion IRB campus at Narainsena under Moirang police station by 8th battalion of CRPF, Bishnupur.

The friendly competition saw teams from the Sikh Regiment, CRPF's 8th and 4th battalion, and the Bishnupur district police.

The tournament was attended by dignitaries including 8th Bn CRPF CO Chandrashekhar, 5th Sikh Regiment CO Vibhu, Bishnupur SP Ravi, and 2nd IRB CO Hopson.

In his brief address, CO Chandrashekhar emphasised the importance of sports in the overall development of forces and highlighted CRPF's efforts in encouraging locals to pursue their sporting dreams.

All four teams were felicitated with mementos at the end of the friendly tournament.
