60th Mr Manipur : State Level Bodybuilding Championship : Chingkheinganba Athokpam takes junior overall title

Chingkheinganba Athokpam of Royal Fitness Academy emerged junior overall first to take away a Bullet (Motorcycle) worth Rs 1.5 lakh in the 60th Mr Manipur State Level Bodybuilding Championship organised by All Manipur Body Builders Association Manipur at BOAT, Palace Compound since yesterday.
Longjam Eillison of Friend Fitness Gym and Rivaldo Athokpam of RCC claimed the overall second and third spots to settle with Rs 30,000 and Rs 15,000 cash prizes.
Arubam Anganba Meitei of Humanity Plus Gym, Sakibur Yumkhaibam of RCC and M Rahul Meitei of Loya Gym were placed 4th, 5th and 6th and feted with Rs 7000 each.

In the junior men's 55 kg category competition, M Rahul Meitei of Loya Gym, Th Ajaysana of Humanity Plus Gym, KT Themreiyo of Royal Gymnasium Ukhrul, M Oliver of Sangai Fitness Centre and Gaihutlung Panmei of Mountain Gym secured top five places.
In the 60 kg category competition, Arubam Anganba Meitei of Humanity Plus Gym, Kangleison Ningombam of Royal Gym, Sachidananda Leimapokpam of Sedo Gym-Hiyanglam, Hijam Telheiba of United Gym Manipur and N Nonghish-Nganba of Royal Gym secure top five positions.
In the 65 kg category competition, Sakibur Yumkhaibam of RCC emerged on top followed by Th Johnson Singh of Humanity Plus, Taorem Sanatomba of Friend Fitness Gym, M Barnold of Lainingthou Pangamba Gym and Th Ritesh of LA Son's Gym while Longjam Eillison of Friend Fitness Gym finished first in the 70 kg category followed by Th Marco of The Gym Retro, W Boicha of Friend Fitness Gym, Thokchom Yaisana of Royal Gym and Athokpam Arbinda of Royal Fitness Academy.
Rivaldo Athokpam of RCC emerged first in the junior 75 kg category competition as RK Mojesh of Apunba Fitness Clan, Rockyson Yanglem of Trainers and Trainees Gym and Irandas Takhellambm of KB gym secured 2nd, 3rd and 4th places while the above 75 kg category's title went to Chingkheinganba Athokpam of Royal Fitness Academy as Khwairakpam Simon of Manipur Fitness Club, Saratlunminthang Touthang of Paka Memorial Gym, Ngashepam Dasobanta of RCC and Nivarshan Mainam secured the following four places.
Physique Competition
Warshim Chesam of RCC claimed the men's physique title as Mangal Arambam of Boby's Golden Fitness Gym, Atom Jeckey of Lifestyle Fitness Gym, Oinam Rishikesh of United Gym Manipur and Kh Sachin of Zoya Fitness secured 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th places.
In the women's sports physique competition, Solimla Jajo of Royal Gymnasium-Ukhrul finished first followed by Th Rishika of Muscle Factory, Thaja Seram of Gold Gym, Zenika Naorem of Sangai Gym and RK Neha of Lion's Gym.
The winners (in order) in both the categories were feted with Rs 30,000; 15,000; 10,000; 7,000 and 7,000 cash prizes along with medals, trophies, certificates, food supplement and gift hampers.
Women's Bodybuilding
Engudam Kavita of Friend Fitness Gym claimed the women's bodybuilding title in the State level championship as Leishangthem Sarita of Royal Fitness Academy and Karishma Chingangbam of Super Gym Khurai finished second and third.
Thangjam Leima Chanu of Universal Gymnasium and Kongbrailatpam Rebita of Royal Gymnasium Ningomthong secured fourth and fifth places.
The winners (in order) received cash prizes of Rs 50,000; Rs 30,000; Rs 15,000; Rs 10,000 and Rs 7,000 besides medals, trophies, certificates, food supplement and gift hampers.
Physically Challenged
In the bodybuilding competition for the physically challenged category, Naorem Jayanta of Royal Fitness Academy emerged on top as Ahongsangbam Nanao of Bishnu Gym, Arveenkumar Oinamcha and Th Robin finished 2nd, 3rd and 4th.The winners (in order) received cash prizes of Rs 30,000; 15,000; 10,000; 7,000 respectively along with medals, trophies, certificates, food supplement and gift hampers.
Master's bodybuilding
In the master's competition for 40-50 years age group, B Bedakumar Sharma of Friend Fitness Centre, Chingthang Nambam of Humanity Plus Gym and Rajesh Soibam of The Oriental Gym bagged the top three places as Heisnam Flood Mangang of X-Fitness, Nameirakpam Ojit of Lifestyle Fitness Gym and Lukram Kiran of Pakhangbam Gym secure top three positions in 50-60 years category.
In the above 60 years competition, Laishram Modhu of X-Fitness secured the top place followed by Chandam Indira of YBB gym and RK Joykumar of Master Athletic Gym.
Bedakumar Sharma, Heishnam Flood and Laishram Modhu were adjudged overall 1st, 2nd and third.
The winners were feted with a cash prize of Rs 30,000; Rs 15,000 and Rs 10,000 each along with medals, trophies, certificates, food supplement and gift hampers.
