Imphal, April 30 2022: While extending May Day greetings to the people, All India Trade Union Congress, Manipur State Committee has appealed to all for taking firm stand for protecting the rights of workers.

In a release, general secretary of the Committee L Sotinkumar said that May Day was observed only for namesake in the last two years due to Covid-19 pandemic.

However, the trade union never ceases to fight for the rights of working class people.

Paying respect to the deceased frontline warriors, he also honoured the depart -ed leaders of trade union who passed away while trying to bring forth the working class movement of the world.
