Imphal, December 27 2009: A police constable was found died on the roadside along the Tidim road at Malom Bazar under Nambol police station of Bishnupur district this morning.

The deceased constable was identified as Laishram Dinesh (36) son of L Ibocha of Malom Tuliyaima.

He was posting at the Nambol police station and left the station yesterday evening at about 4 pm after duty of the day.

Family said that yesterday at about 4 pm, Dinesh informed the family that he will be backed home on his Alto Car.

Reason behind his dead could not be immediately establish.

Nambol police registered a case with regard to the incident.
