Club demands release of wages to job card holders

Imphal, May 25 2021: Reacting to the claim that the wages of job card holders under Khekman GP of Lilong CD block had already been released for the period from January 20 to March 20; Khekman Wangmataba Makha Leikai Guide Club has pointed out that the said wages had never been received by the job card holders till date.

In a press statement, Club chairman Asem Brojen urged the RD&PR minister to look into the matter and demanded release of the said wages to the job card holders at the earliest.

A complaint regarding the matter had already been lodged on March 26, he informed.
