Imphal, June 09 2013: Thangmeiband AC MLA Kh Joykishan awarded a cash prize of Rs 50000 to M Miranda who topped the Class X examination conducted by Board of Secondary Education Manipur.

The cash prize was handed over to the topper by the MLA in a meritorious prize distribution function organised by Thangmeiband Kendra Development Organisation (TAKDO)at Majorkhun community hall today.

MLA Joykishan and TAKDO president M Rajendro were the chief guest and president of the function respectively.

Former Director of State Health Services, Dr Ch Chandramani, IMC Vice Chairperson Thambaljao Phaomei and COHSEM Secretary Sarangjit also attended the function as guests of honour.
