Dr Inaoba Singh Ningthoujam, Regional Director, Regional Office for Health and Family Welfare, Government of India has been selected for the fellowship sponsored by WHO to Khon Kaen University of Thailand.
The subject of the fellowship is 'Community Health Care and Research'.
Dr Inaoba, who was accorded Post Graduate Degree in Pathology in 2003 from Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Sewagram has left Imphal for Bangkok.
