Imphal, May 08 2009: 2 Assam Rifles donated a solar lighting system to Mrs Hatlam (83) w/o late Ngilkhogin of Kamkeilon village of Churachandpur district on May 6, informed an AR PRO release.

Late Ngilkhogin, the husband of Hatlam was recruited into AR and took part in the World War II in 19420-44 .

He died in late eighties.

Commander Hqs 27 Sector AR, Brig Rajeev Pant donated the solar lighting system in presence of elderly persons of Widow Welfare Association Asia, added the release.
