DLSA Tamenglong organises legal awareness programme

Noney, June 22 2021: District Legal Services Authority Tamenglong organised a 2 days Legal Awareness Programme today on "Challenges faced by various stakeholders in the Administration of Criminal Justice Amidst Covid-19 pandemic with special focus on arrest, remand & bail" for the PLVs, NGOs, students organisations, local clubs, etc.

The programme was attended by Ch Momon Singh, Advocate Panel Lawyer MASLSA, as resource person along with PLVs of Tamenglong, Noney & Nungba; and members of Spring Charitable Trust NGO, local clubs, students organizations.

During the programme, Aribam Guneshwar Sharma, MJS, District & Sessions Judge Imphal west cum Chairman DLSA Tamenglong gave the Keynotes & welcome address while Dr Laishram Rani Devi, MJS, Civil Judge (Jr Divn)/JMFC, Imphal West-1 led the interactive session.
