Imphal, December 27 2009: Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee today greeted the people of the state on the Ngan-Ngai festival on December 29 and Emoinu on the same day.

Let bring peace and prosperities by the Ngan-Ngai festival of the Zeliangrong community and Emoinu of Meetei community, separate statements issued by the MPCC president, Gaikhangam stated.
