Pillar portion of DMC collapses

Imphal, June 07 2021: The front section of a pillar in the corridor in DM College of Science collapsed in the early hours of today morning.

The collapsed section was in front of the Department of Electronics which was discovered in the morning today.

According to one of the employees of the college, the collapsed section had developed a long crack after the recent earthquake.

He further said that many classrooms in the college were also in a sorry state and there was no guarantee that they will not collapse in future.
