Imphal, October 23 2024: The Central Government has approved 57 projects to be taken up under Central Road and Infrastructure Fund (CRIF) amounting Rs 399.36 crore in Manipur.

The approved projects will be implemented along Takyel Ghari Road from Naoremthong to NH-02 Tiddim Road and its peripheral roads;

Changangei Tabungkhok road from NH-02 Tiddim Road to NH-37 lmphal - Jiribam road and its inter connecting roads;

interconnecting roads of Takyel and Langjing; RIMS Road to Cheiracoching via Khomdram Selungbha Leikai, Hijam Leikai, Sinam Leikai;

improvement of road from Sangaithel Lamkhai to Kotlen;

Iroisemba Bridge to Lamdeng via Solid Waste;

Khurkhul Lamkhai Road to Lairenkabi Road via Lairensajik and Lamlongei;

Chaprou Road to Singda Kadangband Road via Chairang and Koutruk;

improvement of interconnecting road at Sayang, Meino Leirak, Thangjam Leirak, Leimajam Leirak, Old Lambulane and Paona Bazar in Sagolband AC;

Construction of drains from Wahengbam Leikai to Tera to Keishampal, Tera to Naoremthong and Amudon Leirak to Sagolband;

Phoijing Awang to Malom Via Bamdiar and its connection roads; improvement of Andro road from Ngariyan Chingkhong to Andro Khoibu;

improvement of road from Khurai Ahongei to FDS Crossing via Ananda Academy inter connection IVRs in and around Soibam Leikai etc.
