Vaccination drive continues in Keishamthong AC

Imphal, May 30 2021: Keishamthong Kendra Covid Committee under the aegis of Health Department organised a COVID-19 vaccination programme at Haobam Marak Girls High School today.

Speaking on the occasion, MLA of Keishamthong A/C and chairperson of the Committee, L Jayantakumar said that the volunteers of the committee conducted Covid testing and have been admitting the Covid positive persons at CHIC opened at Kwakeithel and referred the complicated cases to the hospitals.

He continued that a similar vaccination programme was held at Pishum Ningom Leikai earlier.

He also stated that distribution of edible items to households of Keishamthong A/C today have started from today and all the households of the constituency will be covered gradually sihce the items cannot be distributed at once.
