Health check-up camp held at Nambol

Bishnupur, October 18 2024: In connection with Poshah Maah-2024 campaign, a day-long free health camp was conducted under the joint aegis of NAM Directorate of AYUSH, Lamphelpat and 10-Bedded AYUSH Wing, Bishnupur at Nambol Hao Keithel on Friday.

The health camp organised by Nambol Bazar Development Co-ordinating Committee was attended by around 400 people who were examined by 15 doctors and staff of AYUSH department.

Medicines were also provided to those in need.

According to Co-ordinating Committee president Thounaojam Lakhsahep, the free health camp was conducted to help shopkeepers and vendors of Nambol Keithel check their health status, in view of outbreak of various diseases in the state.
