Students' Union urges for non-interference

Imphal, November 30 2022: Naorem Bihari College Students' Union secretary Poireinganba Leishangtham has urged all concerned not to interfere in the affairs of the college except by the college authority.

Addressing a press meet held at Manipur Press Club, here, on Wednesday, Poirenganba said that after the new governing body of the college was formed, the college teachers and students have been attending classes regularly and progressing in all aspects.

As such, he condemned the act by some unauthorised group of people who wrote to the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), requesting it not to visit the college for inspection.

Any consequence resulting from this action should be the responsibility of person(s) who had sent the letter, he cautioned.

Stating that the college is responsible for the future of the students in Khundrakpam AC, Poireinganba urged all concerned to extend support to the impending NAAC's visit to the college.
