Get-together of Tangkhul church network begins

Ukhrul, September 20 2024: The 6th get-together of the Tangkhul City Churches Fellowship Network (TC-CFN) commenced from Friday with a vibrant start and spiritual fervour in Goa.

Themed "You are a Chosen People" based on 1 Peter 2:9, the three-day spiritual sojourn at the Village Royale Resort in Calangute, North Goa, is being hosted by the Tangkhul Baptist Church, Goa.

On Friday, the gathering commenced with a welcome service featuring a spiritual programme aimed at fostering fellowship among the participants.

TCH pastor Chihanngam Tamang facilitated the proceedings with a blessing for the installation of the event's official functionaries.

The following days will feature presentations by Dr Jewel Azyamah of TBC Mumbai, Dr Worthem Vashum of TBC Guwahati, Victor Zimik of TBC Chennai, Dr Mathan-mi Zimik of TC Delhi, and Yamgam Muivah of TBC Bangalore focusing on the vital topic of church leadership, sharing their experiences and insights.

A highlight of the event will be the official release of the TBCG Magazine, conducted by TC Delhi senior pastor Dr Mathanmi Zimik.

Over 100 delegates of Tangkhul Baptist churches from Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Shillong, Goa, Mumbai, Guwahati, Kolkata, Pune and Delhi are in attendance at the event.
