MoS Bhoumik assures speedy development of state

Bishnupur, February 17 2022: Union minister of state for social justice and empowerment Pratima Bhoumik has appealed to the people of Bishnupur district to elect BJP candidates from all the six constituencies so as to bring speedy development in the district as well as in the state.

Addressing a public meeting of BJP Moirang AC candidate M Prithviraj held at Terakhongshangbi on Thursday, Pratima said that the Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led government has provided 5kg of rice monthly to every citizen, free cooking gas connection to women and constructed toilets and hence people should vote for BJP.

The BJP-led government has also brought peace in Manipur and there is no curfew, corruption and bandh/blockade, which were common during the Congress rule.

Mothers of Manipur could not sleep well for more than 30 years but they are now able to retire to bed without any inhibition as the fake encounter era of Congress government has gone, she said, adding that there is no other party which can bring peace except BJP.

She also said that thecountry is moving forward with the visionary policies of Prime Minister Narendra Modi like Sab Ka Vikas, Sab Ka Biswas and Sabka Prayas.

According to Pratima Bhoumik, development will come naturally when there is peace and Manipur will shine brightly after having complete peace.

Works minister Th Biswajit, who also attended the public meet, said that BJP's another name is development and only BJP can save Manipur.

BJP suffered a lot in the past but the party is now strong in Manipur due to the support of people of the state.

In his speech at the public meet, M Prithviraj asserted that BJP would get more than 40 seats in the 12th Manipur Legislative Assembly election and form the next government.

While expressing confident of being a part of the next government, M Prithviraj promised to complete black-topping of all IVR roads in Moirang AC and provide drinking water to every household.

He then appealed people of the constituency to support him in the upcoming election so as to bring a change in Moirang AC .
