Imphal, November 19 2023: Under the aegis of All Manipur United Clubs' Organisation (AMUCO)rKyamgei Khagemba Youth Club and Yaima Eye Care Hospital organised a free eye camp at the Club's premises on Sunday.

The Youth Club is a unit of Singjamei to Lilong United Clubs' Organisation (SLUCO), which is an apex organisation of Imphal West District United Clubs' Organisation (1WDUC0).In a release, AMUCO informed that the camp was aimed at providing free eye care services to 200 people of Kyamgei area.

During the camp, altogether 75 spectacles were provided to those in need.

SLUCO and Khagemba Youth Club have been providing necessary help to the people of Kyamgei with a sense of sacrifice, the release said and further informed that altogether 30 free eye camps have been organised till date and over 4000 spectacles distributed to the needy people.

Moreover, arrangements were made for people who required operation.

The free eye camp was also attended by AMUCO president Nando Luwang, vice president MM Thambou, publicity secretary Laishram Krishnachandra, secretary (organisation) Santosh Koijam, assistant finance secretary T Momocha and other executive members.
