Mass vaccination at 11 sites in IW, 10 in IE

Imphal, June 26 2021: In a bid to make sure that all people who are eligible for the Covid-19 vaccination get inoculated, district administrations of Imphal West and Imphal East along with CMO Imphal West and Imphal East will conduct mass vaccination programme at 11 places in Imphal West and 10 places in Imphal East on June 28 .

According to the district administrations, the mass vaccination programme for Imphal West on June 28 will be held at Thangmeiband Khoyathong Tombisana High School for Thangmeiband A/C, Irom Pukhri Mapal community hall for Keishamthong A/C, Langol Pioneer Multipurpose hall for Uripok A/C, Thokchom Leikai community hall and Pettigrew junior high school for Singjamei A/C, Kanto Awang Leikai community hall for Sekmai A/C, Awang Potsangbam Khullen community hall for Lamsang A/C, Moidangpok Maning Leikai community hall for Konthou-jam A/C, Yengkhom Leirak community hall for Patsoi A/C, Waikhom Leikai Upper Primary school (Hijam Lampak) for Langthabal A/C and Malom Tulihal Lai Haraofam community hall for Naoriya Pakhanglakpa A/C .

For Imphal East district, mass vaccination will be conducted at Imphal Chanung Multipurpose hall for Khundrakpam A/C, Mit-tong Lampak community hall, Laipham Khunou for Heingang A/C, Public Club community hall, Top Khongnangmakhong for Khurai A/C, Irilbung High School for Kshetrigao A/C, Uchekon Khunou community hall, Ucheckon Nongpok GP for Thongju A/C, MYUC Urup Sanlanpham for Keirao A/C, Andro Loupaochum Leikai for Andro A/C, Yourabung Primary School for Lamlai A/C, The Juvenile Learners Club for Yaiskul A/C and Kids' English School, Dewlahland for Wangkhei A/C .

In order to make the vaccination programme successful, representatives of local bodies and clubs should make the people aware through publicity campaign a day before, the DAs stressed.
