Machines distributed to PMKSY beneficiaries; Udyam registration drive held

Kakching, November 02 2026: Deputy Commissioner of Kakching, Angeline Renita R (LAS) along with Elangbam Anand Singh, ADM Kakching district today distributed power filter and sewing machine to the Production System and Micro- Enterprises (SME) beneficiaries under Watershed Development Component-Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchayee Yojana (WDC-PMKSY 2.0), Kakching district at DC Office Complex, Kakching.

Meanwhile, an awareness cum Udyam registration drive under the Raising and Accelerating of MSME Performance (RAMP) scheme of Ministry of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) was held today at Thounaojam Bamol Mandap, Langmeidong CD Block in Kakching district.

The programme was organised by the District Industries Centre under the supervision of the District Administration Kakching.

A total of 90 entrepreneurs participated in today's camp.

Individuals engaged in MSME activities who have not yet registered on the Udyam Portal have been urged to participate in the awareness-cum-Udyam registration drive.
