UCM to investigate S Kumar Nursing Institute scam

Expressing serious concern on the scandalous issue of S Kumar Nursing Institute duping innocent nursing students and allegations made to UCM president Yumnamcha Dilipkumar, the UCM said an enquiry committee will be investigating the matter.
An enquiry committee of seven members was formed today in a meeting held at the office of UCM at Lamphel under the name and style 'Joint Enquiry Committee on S Kumar Groups of Institute'.
In order to ensure a smooth and transparent enquiry of the issue, UCM has excluded its central committee's members from the enquiry committee and appointed members from UCM's component and subsidiary organisations.
AMKIL general secretary Y Mema, Freinds secretary general Joy Chingakham, UPF secretary general O Bikramjit, NIPCO secretary general O Premjit, IPSA secretary general W Homeshwor, Chituwa secretary general Kh Motibala Leima, and Kangleichan secretary general E Chanu Tampha are the seven members of the enquiry committee.
Y Mema was appointed as chairman and Joy Chingakham as convener.
UCM also accepted the leave application applied by Yumnamcha Dilipkumar in order to conduct the enquiry in a free and fair manner.
UCM has also appealed to all organisations and individuals to extend cooperation to the enquiry committee.
