3 days long State level training programme for trade union activists of North East wraps up

A three-days long State level training programme for the trade union activists of Northeast, regarding the role of Trade Union in the socio-economic development, concluded today.
The training programme was organized by Dattopant Thengadi National Board for Workers Education and Development, Ministry of Labour Union, GOI at Convention Hall of Moreh Trade Center.
Chairman Dattopant Thengadi National Board for Workers Education and Development Hiranmay J Pandya, Chairman Regional Advisory Committee Dattopant Thengadi National Board for Workers Education and Development N Tomba Singh, Sangathan Mantri Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh Sunil Kirwai, NE Regional Director Dattopant Thengadi National Board for Workers Education and Development MN Salam and Jagdish Joshi Board Member DTNBWED attended the training programme as presidium members.
The programme was also attended by Anganwadi workers from different parts of Manipur and other women labourers.
Speaking at the occasion, Chief Guest Hiranmay J Pandiya said that Dattopant Thengadi National Board for Workers Education and Development completed its 60 years of existence and is located at 50 different parts of India while adding that the said board not only promoted the activities of Trade Union, Labours and Workers but also boostes up their activities in these many years.
The training programme is one such step of the board to promote and boost up the activities of the workers and the labours of Northeast, he added.
