The first session of the Nursing College of Regional Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS) which was earlier scheduled to begin from tomorrow has been postponed due to the model election code of conduct imposed in connection with by-election to the Yaiskul Assembly Constituency.
According to information received by the press, the Chief Minister was to inaugurate the newly established nursing college tomorrow.
But as the Chief Minister has pointed out he election code of conduct, RIMS authority has decided to postpone the inaugural of not only the nursing college but also starting of its session indefinitely.
