Scholarship exam to be held on Jan 16

Thoubal, December 10 2021: The District/Zonal Education Officer, Zone III Thoubal has informed the public that Scholarship Examinations, 2021 will be conducted on Sunday, January 16, 2022 at Chaoyaima Higher Secondary School, Thoubal.

In a release, the ZEO stated that application forms and other relevant information can be had from the Science Unit, District/Zonal Education Office, Thoubal during office hours, free of cost.

It can also be downloaded from both the Departmental and District/Zonal Education's websites.

Last date of submission of the form is December 23, 2021.The ZEO also directed all the principals/headmaster and headmistresses to arrange and submit at least five students to appear for each category of examinations, without fail.

The scholarship examination includes - State Level National Talent Search Examination for Class-X students study- ing in Government recognised schools; State Talent Search Examination for Class-IX students studying in Government recognised schools; and National Means Cum Merit Scholarship Examination for Class-VIII students studying in Government/Aided schools excluding Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Sainik Schools, Kendra Vidyalayas, Private Schools and fully Government sponsored residential schools.
