NHIDCL-PMU organises medical camp

Chandel, March 26 2023:
As a part of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) activity for Financial Year 2022-23, Project Monitoring Unit (PMU) Tengnoupal of NHIDCL in collaboration with Jivan Hospital Kakching today organised a free medical camp at Purum Tampak Government High School in Chandel district.
The programme was attended by DS Chaudhary, executive director (P), NHIDCL RO-Imphal; SDC Chandel, Mothal Saka; Jivan Hospital Kakching managing director, Dr Yengkhom Ashok Kumar; NHIDCL PMU-Tengnoupal deputy general manager (P), Prabal Das; Purum Tampak Government High School headmaster, Naorem Robi and Purum Tampak village chief, Y Awairengpa as presidium members.
A team of doctors and medical staff from Jivan Hospital Kakching provided medical care to about 250 persons during the camp.
ASHAs and Anganwadi workers of the area also assisted in providing medical care to the public.
Later, NHIDCL distributed sanitary pads to girl students and a RO Water Filter to Purum Tampak Government High School.
