All political party team lands at Delhi, set to meet Union Home Minister on molest case today

New Delhi, January 16 2013:
An all-party delegation from Manipur arrived here today to further take up the matter of Livingstone Anal, an NSCN (IM) cadre, who has been accused of molesting an actress at Chandel district headquarters on December 18 last year.
The delegates will meet the Union Home Minister tomorrow.
The delegates are expected to press the Centre to hand the accused over to the State Government for necessary legal action.
Other than the Livingstone Anal case, the delegates will also urge the Centre not to compromise with the interest of Manipur at the expense of the political dialogue with the NSCN (IM) .
Chief Minister O Ibobi who is currently camping in Delhi will lead the delegation.
Meanwhile, the Chief Minister has had several rounds of meeting with Central leaders ever since he arrived in Delhi on January 10 .

Besides matters on finance, development, receiving the Krishi Karman award along with Agriculture Minister, the Chief Minister met the Union Law Minister today regarding the State High Court Bar Association's demand for appointment of Judges and upgradation of the Imphal High Court.
The Chief Minister has also had intense meetings with the Union Home Minister and Ministry officials over the final stage of the political dialogue between the Government of India and NSCN (IM) .
Moreover a team led by the Chief Minister will participate in the Congress 'Chintan Baithak' on January 18-19 in Jaipur.
The meet will work out a strategy for the upcoming general election, amongst others.
