Imphal, February 11 2015: A 2-day long CRPF Inter Operational Battalion Kabaddi Tournament concluded today with host team 143 Battalion winning the title.

In today's final which was played at 143 Battalion, CRPF Lamphelpat, Imphal, 143 Battalion claimed an easy 43-11 win against defending champion 86 Battalion.

Altogether seven teams participated in the tournament which was held on a knock-out basis.

As part of the closing ceremony, 143 Battalion, CRPF Commandant R Duidang distributed the trophies to the winners.

143 Battalion constable Pundalik Bhimappa was adjudged the best player of the tournament.

National referees, L Thoiba, A Naresh and Ch Janata Mohen conducted the tournament which was flagged off by 143 Battalion second-in-command Sarang.
