Imphal, February 11 2015: Communist Party of India (CPI), Manipur State Council has congratulated Arvind Kejriwal-led Aam Admi Party (AAP) on its landslide victory in Delhi assembly election.

Talking to media persons at Irawat Bhavan here on Wednesday, Secretary of CPI Manipur State Council Dr Moirangthem Nara said that the victory of AAP against the BJP and Congress Party in Delhi is a turning point in the political scenario of India.

The electorates of Delhi have given their absolute mandate to AAP by discarding the BJP and Congress Party.

The CPI welcomes AAP and its leader Arvind Kejriwal on coming back to provide a stable government in the national capital.

Dr Nara also announced that the 21st conference of CPI Manipur State Council would be held at the complex of Huyen Lallong Manipur Thang-Ta Cultural Association, Irilbung in Imphal East.
