O Ibobi meets MHA officials ahead of AA talk

Ahead of the scheduled tripartite talk between the State Government, Government of India and UNC at Senapati DC office tomorrow, Chief Minister O Ibobi held a meeting with officials of the Ministry of Home Affairs and State Government officials this evening.
Apart from top State Government officials, MHA Special Secretary (Internal Security) S Jayaraman and Joint Secretary (NE) Sambhu Singh were present at the meeting and they discussed about the scheduled fifth round of tripartite talk with UNC, informed an official source.
During the tripartite talk tomorrow at Senapati, the State Government would be represented by Chief Secretary DS Poonia, Additional Chief Secretary Ameising Luikham and Principal Secretary (Home) Dr Suresh Babu.
For UNC, nine delegates led by its president L Adani would take part in the dialogue.
Notably, Chief Minister O Ibobi has already ruled out any arrangement implies a second system of administration within the State of Manipur.
He also categorically stated that more autonomy may be granted to Autonomous District Councils.
It is likely that State Government officials and MHA officials would present a brief account about the projects and money invested in hill districts, added the source.
