Reaffirming its stand on the SoO signed with the central and the state government, United Tribal Liberation Army (UTLA) has urged both the central and the state governments not to organize the home-coming ceremony of the remaining cadres without its prior knowledge.
Issuing a statement in this regard, Secretary of Ministry of Information and Public Relations of the outfit Anaconda alias Josh recalled that UTLA had signed SoO with the central and the state government on October 27, 2011 at Ist MR Banquet hall in the presence of GOC, CM, DGP and other leaders and cadres of the organization.
He pointed out that in accordance to the agreement; the government consented to welcoming the remaining cadres, who could not turn up on the day of signing the accord.
Consequently, the organization has requested the remaining cadres to join the peace process.
The organization has also made it clear that it would not entertain any complaint if they fail to turn up on or before January 5, 2012 .
So, the central and the state government should not organize any home-coming ceremony without the knowledge of the organization.
In case of non-compliance, the organization may be compelled to withdraw from the SoO agreement, Josh warned.
The organization will also take action against any cadre who fail to abide with rules made by UTLA, he announced.
