AMSU inspects

Kakching, March 27 2018:
As part of its campaign for total education, The All Manipur Students Union, Kakching District Committee inspected Wabagai High School to take stock of the present situation of the school.
A press release issued by information and publicity secretary of the union said that the inspection team led by AMSU Kakching president Thingujam Kiran Meitei found insufficient teachers at the school.
It stated that teachers for Social Science and Hindi are absent which has imposed several inconveniences to a total strength of 309 students of class VI to X) .
Apart from teachers, the absence of chowkidar or security guard has led to many burglary at the school.
It further stated that the upunctual behaviour on the part of teachers has worsened the atmosphere of the school while adding that they have continued to neglect their duties although they were advised to attend the school regularly.
The union has urged the authority concerned to look into the matter and take necessary steps at the earliest.
