ZUF lost tolerance over killing of 3 youths at Peren District

Armed rebel group Zeliangrong United Front (ZUF) is all set to revenge for the killing of 3 (three) civilians on March 22, 2021 at Lamhainamdi Village , in Peren district of Nagaland.

Gangmei, Information & Publicity Secretary of the Zeliangrong United Front said that the The challenge must be responded and answer must be given as lesson for any given circumstance and society.
Justice in action is the last lesson for all citizens to learn.
When citizens do not recognize, respect and practice Human Rights, violence, crime and chaos rules and runs the society.
It also said that the return of barbaric and savage culture, reflected in the recent flare up at Lamhainamdi, Peren District Nagaland is perceived to be a threat and challenge to Zeliangrong people.
"The brutal massacre of 3(three) Zeliangrong civilians on 22nd March 2021 at Lamhainamdi Village and demolition of dwelling houses, Church and burning down of vehicles at broad daylight is but a direct challenge provoking the people to counter action.
The concerned Government and all civic citizens must voice out justice in action and understand that any intervention must be equally measured, not only a sweet sounding comforts and condolence to the victims of brutality but action against the criminals with befitting lessons so that society may be kept in balanced and peace for all be realized.
The cost and price of life lost in the hands of criminals and terrorists must be recompensed with maximum penalty as lessons for perpetrators and violators of Human Rights.
The Zeliangrong United Front after thorough gathering of factual evidences and analysis of the recent incident concluded that, justice in action shall be measured against the perpetrators.
Human Rights demands that defence of any human person and properties is justice.
The just right to self determination of Zeliangrong people to defend, preserve and protect the people, land and its resources that lies within the ancestral land of the Zeliangrong people shall be ascertained at all cost.
The ZUF conveys its deep condolences to the bereaved families and the village and the Zeliangrong people, assuring that justice shall be meted and peace restored in our own homeland", the statement added.
