Do Not Shift Kangla to Delhi - PREPAK (Pro)
Source: IT News

Imphal, October 09 2020: Proscribed group People's Revolutionary Party of Kangleipak, (Progressive) today observed its 44th Raising Day of its Red Army.

On the occasion Chairman of PREPAK (Progressive) L.Paliba paid tribute to all the martyrs who had sacrificed their lives in the course of liberation movements and extend my greetings and good wishes to the fraternal revolutionary organizations.

The rebel leader also expressed his deepest sympathy to those families, who have lost their loved ones during the pandemic, and appreciating the corona warriors for rendering their noble services in the fight against the pandemic.

In connection with the 44th Raising Day of the Red Army L Paliba in a statement said that India's first lockdown was announced by Prime Minister Modi with the optimistic statement that Mahabharata War was won in 18 days but the fight against coronavirus would take 21 days.

However there has been a surge in virus spreading let alone controlling the pandemic during these 4 phases of lockdown and current fifth phase of unlock.

Whether the Lockdown is to control the pandemic or Democracy? Isn't it losing the battle against Covid-19? .

It further added the government of India has been trying to manifest and impute its current negativeeconomic growth to coronavirus by stating this as an 'Act of God' .

This recalls us that Mahatma Gandhi, who once said that the Bihar Earthquake of 1934 was an Act of God to punish those who had oppressed and exploited the untouchable classes so-called "the Harijans" .

It still cannot be ruled out that this pandemic may even be blamed to some communities at an opportune time.

In fact, the Indian economy was drastically slowed down due to detrimental economic policies adopted before the Covid-19 .

India's neighbouring country China, which also faced the first coronavirus case, has been generating not only a positive economic growth, but also been able to put the pandemic under control.

On the other hand, India could generate a negative growth rate at 23.9% while ranking up its position as the second most coronavirus inflicted country in the world.

Apart from this, India experienced the worst performed economic growth among the G-20 nations.

We may say that India could not appreciate the Chinese economic management and effective measures to control the pandemic.

Interestingly, India could not say that China is blessed by God which is to be said according to India's heavenlooking version.

The statement further said that level of willingness in good governance and in tackling the standing crisis by a government is reflected in a country's budget.

It is noteworthy that the combined budget allocation of defence and home affairs is about 6 times more than the aggregated budgetary of healthcare and education sectors in budget 2020-21 .

This exposes that health and education are neglected and paid more attention to the correlation of forces and means (COFM) rather than human resources.

It also had attitudinized that the current pandemic could be faced and defended by the security forces.

As a matter of fact, according to Budget 2018-19 India's expenditures on public healthcare per capita had been Rs.1112 which is less than one day's staying cost at any hotel and even it is less than a single consultation fee of any specialised doctor.

Who will be able to keep "hale and hearty" with these puny amounts of maximum Rs.3 per day? The spike in the coronavirus transmission laid bare the long neglected India's healthcare issues and lack of effective pandemic-preventive measures as India becomes the second most coronavirus inflicted country in the world.

As Kangleipak is being colonised by India, the adverse effects of India's ignorant pandemic policies have jeopardised many Kangleichas.

The question is how to overcome this imperilled situation.

Indian leaders are not able to decouple their belief of praying the sky whenever there are floods, droughts, and cyclones.

Frankly speaking, they might be considering the pandemic as a blessing in disguise from God to cover up their harmful economic policies.

Usually Indian politicians deliver one word having two opposite meanings.

Allowing Indians to elect their own representatives under adult franchise do not mean India is a real democratic and republic country.

Undemocratic actions like demonetization, restrictions on media, branding of dissenters as un-Indian, abrogation of Article 370 and the packing of the independent democratic institutions with government loyalists expose that the Government of India reaches the level of Electoral Dictatorship and Elected Autocracy.

The present government runs on the principle of Sanskrit words "Ek Chalak Anuvartitiva" which means "Follow one leader" and avoids democratic principles.

This one man's leadership government shows off Indian Democracy as Totalitarian Democracy.

According to World 2020 and RSP report, India's Freedom rankings and Press Freedom Index stood at 83rd and 142nd respectively in the world.

As per both indices, there is alarming erosion in civil liberties in India.

We should not live any further under such despotic rulers.

"Everybody knows India is inherited from the then British government.

The Constitution of India was also drafted and adopted by the then Congress led government which was formed during the British Raj.

This Constitution is referred to as 'Bag of Borrowing' as it only imitated the basic points from many countries.

Whatever they viewed from other constitutions, had been edited and drafted as a constitution, but they could not show the idea of constitution along the lines on how the public viewed about it.

This meant that the Indian Constitution covers the reflected ideas of certain leaders who look vaguely and see from top to bottom, not from bottom to top.

How many people said "yes" to that Constitution adoption? Kangleipak should not be ruled and administered by that constitution which was not mandated by Kangleichas.

"Are there parents who want to educate their children to become farmers? Are the goals of the parents to educate their children for becoming IAS, an MBA, and a doctor? It should be acknowledged that only the bureaucratic officers, who are known for causing excessive delay of people's files, could earn respect in society during these 70 years of independence.

There is no real meaning of democracy in Indian society.

So, the democracy in India can be interpreted reversely as "government of the fortunate few, for the fortunate few and by the fortunate few".

This has triggered deep rooted inequality between rich and poor in our society.

Kangleipak and its people would not be the fortunate entity among the fortunate riches of few Indian rather it would be swallowed up by them.

A few educated echelon of Kangleipak once blindly believed that India would be a heaven on Earth after they had known the resolutions of 'Purna Swaraj', political and economic freedom, as well as fundamental rights which were adopted by Indian National Congress (INC) in Lahore (1929) and Karachi (1931) sessions.

The Objective Resolution of Constituent Assembly (1946) stated that India should be independent, sovereign, republic including the states retaining self-determined autonomy.

The magical new resolution exhilarated the then power-hungry elites of Kangleipak.

But those, whose ideas of Kangleipak would be prosperous once it was merged into Nehru's India, felt repentance later.

Likewise, knowing the real identity of India those offspring of pro-Indian Kashmiri leaders and Kashmiris today do not feel themselves Indian, they would rather have the Chinese rule for them.

The Manipur State Congress Committee (MSCC), which had led a strong agitation to merge into Indian Union, wrote a letter to then Home Minister G.B.Pant in 1960 .

The substance of the letter was if the legitimate Political Status of Manipur was denied, the people would think that the Government of India appreciated only the logic of violence or they might be forced in spite of themselves to go that way.

Furthermore, Manipur Territorial Congress Committee (MTCC) which was incarnated from MSCC wrote a statehood demand letter in 1968, addressing to then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi and Mr.Nijalingapa, president of INC.

The letter stated that Indian Government did not respect the long history of Manipur as shown by dilly-dallying attitude of the centre for grant of Statehood, whereby delaying tactics had reached the stage for a big political revolution at any moment.

Recollecting all these narratives it must be known why the present armed groups have taken up the paths of armed and political revolution.

It added that the civilization of a nation is shown by its oral and written history of ancestor's belief of cosmological creation, human evolution, religious philosophy, genealogy, toponymy, language, scripts, politics, administration, social and its culture.

Such civilizational historical components of Kangleipak are well documented orally or in written.

The ancient books namely Leithak Leikharon, Shakok Lamlen, and many others which explain the cosmology, religious and social philosophy are not inferior to the Vedas.

Sanamahism which is the main religion and spiritual beliefs of Kanglei society is based on truth and justice in universal values.

The civilizational history of Kangleipak is uniquely different from the Indian history which is acknowledged by think-tank of Delhi.

This is the reason behind the recent gripping of Maharaja and its history which is to be included in the faked historical setting of India.

Should the place of judgment on political crises, political discourses, and developmental discussion be at Kangla which had been deeply ingrained with spiritual insights of our ancestors? Alternatively the frequent visit by political leaders in Delhi to cede the political and administrative power means rooting out the importance of Kangla in near future.

We must know that Kangla is an administrative and political capital of Kangleipak, whereas Delhi is the colonial capital.

Knowing these facts, leaders should not attempt to shift Kangla to Delhi.

The capital Kangla was also once known as 'Kurumching' that shows the sacred place for both hills and plain.

The fact that hill and plain people are inseparable part of Kangleipak is shown by the story of Panthoibi Haoreima and Nongmai Petanga, customary attire of hill while coronation, Tangkhul Thokpa Dance of Laiharaoba, establishment of hill's offices and language translators "Lambu" at Kangla, seven clans of the land, celebration of Mera Haochongba festivals, assimilated history of hills and plains, genealogy of the hills villages and oral and written records of the land.

Viewing the above points it has to be said that the India's political virus has also accelerated the coronavirus transmission.

It is doubtful that whether the Indian government has the hidden agenda as they have taken more political interest in border skirmishes, even though this pandemic is common enemy of humankind.

The hegemonic geopolitics of Veda-puranic Bharatvarsha should not cover Kangleipak and its neighbours.

The boundary of Kangleipak had been inherited from our progenitors and India must know that even the British had respected it.

This is high time for India to unlock the key of an Independent Kangleipak.
