He added that the Congress party has done nothing to uplift tribal community as these people still construct and repair their own roads.
Wilubou Newmai further said that British colonial legacy is still instilled in Congress party which is playing divisive politics to sustain its own Government at people's cost and added that the divisions of Kukis, Nagas and Meeteis have become more pronounced during Ibobi's regime and asked the large gathering to vote for the BJP this time to bring communal harmony, development and a corruption free Government.
Wilubou Newmai also promised the people of Tamei AC that he would make Tamei AC developed and set an example for other parts of the State and elsewhere.
He also promised to end VIP culture in Manipur.
Wilubou Newmai further said that level of corruption, rape, social and economic inequality continue to rise despite implementation of strong and effective laws and said that all these issues are due to lack of good leadership, righteousness and character building.
"When the country has right and morally sound leadership, percentage of crime, unemployment and other issues would be remarkably lower," he said.
H Borbabu said that the people of the State are now facing immense hardship due to fifteen years of misgovernance in the State.
He further said that Manipur under O Ibobi has become one of the most corrupt States in the country.
People have witnessed the highest number of bandhs and blockades during the Congress rule, the road condition in hill areas is deplorable.
He urged the people to support young and energetic leader like Wilubou Newmai who can bring changes in Tamei AC.
