Elangbam Suraj Singh, Member of the Manipur Legislative Assembly died in a road accident in New Delhi early Thursday morning.
Official sources at Imphal said that, he met the road accident at Mayur Vihar at around 2 hours Thursday morning.
Suraj Singh was elected to the Manipur Assembly on Indian National Congress ticket from Yaiskul Assembly Constituency in December 2009. He was 46.
