Chief Minister Nongthombam Biren on his maiden visit to Ukhrul on April 11 2017 :: Pix - Lamdamba Oinam
The maiden visit of Chief Minister N. Biren to Ukhrul on 11 April '17 was an earmark of various developments for the people of Tangkhul community which we all expect the same package of developments to other poor tribal communities of Manipur and poor Meiteis who live under the pain of absolute poverty and economy constraints.
Dispensing economy for social upliftment rooting from grassroot level and addressing the concerned people's genuine demand will make our CM more attractive and charismatic hero of North East India and it would make him and his party (BJP) a durable and trusted political party.
Setting aside political realm and leadership role access in the society, humanity is the thing that counts. Bowles rightly qouted that " most of what makes life worth living depends on at least some of us being altruistic some of the time".
Diego Villaveces stressed to believe that "kindness and humanity has to begin within ourselves". He affirmed that " sometimes we lock people out to keep ourselves safe, but that also isolate us from the rest of the world".
In fact, every major religion of the world has love as a universal principle. Humanity is essentially a recognition of the fact that we are all human and equal in the eyes of the the Divine.
Acts of humanity give us more accessible level to different people and in a tiny state like Manipur where diverse ethnicities are silted, leader(s) with humanity face less obstruction to work and easier mingling in diverse sociological premise.
Our honourable CM N. Biren who commitedly strategised to bring developments in hills and valley equally and of which the actions have already began that speak louder than cogent narrations as most politicians do, the phraseology " be up and doing" and its pragmatism in humanism by our CM is worth to be praised. Kudos.
Showing an act of kindness and humanity to people without bias recognises that everyone around you is just like yourself.
Divine scriptures say love your neighbours as much as you love yourself. Giving and kindness to others is a Godly act that make us feel comfortable with and make us grow together.
Another kudos to CM of Manipur our dynamic action hero of humanity which reflects the parable of Good Samaritan in the Synoptic Gospels of Jesus Christ.
Wish you a blessed government in Jesus name. Amen.
