Rani Gaidinliu Training Camp for youth at Tamenglong
Tamenglong Battalion of Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ 22 Sector AR/IGAR (E) is organising a pre-recruitment training for male and female candidates to train them for upcoming recruitment rallies for Assam Rifles and Army.
In continuation with the efforts of Assam Rifles to empower the local youth to ensure enrolment from remote areas of Tamenglong, Rani Gaidinliu Training Camp is being conducted from 18 Oct 2022 to 12 Nov 2022 at unit HQ at Tamenglong, Manipur.
The response to the event has been unprecedented with total registrations touching 300. The training camp commenced today with inspection of documents and medical check up. The eligible candidates shall further continue with the training. The Officer-in-charge confirmed that candidates will be awarded a certificate of participation on successful completion of the training.

The event was kicked with lots of energy & positivity today by the Commandant, 44 Assam Rifles wherein he highlighted the pivotal role of young minds in the society and how the training will benefit the youth in future.
He also spoke about the education and physical training which assists in shaping the character, loyalty, integrity and well being of future generations. It is one of the means to channelize their youthful energy.
He also thanked the guardians of trainees for attending the event and lauded the efforts of youth who have come from far flung areas like Tousem, Tamei & corners of Tamenglong district to be part of this training camp.
