Quacks still practised in Parbung

Due to lack of proper medicine and healthcare facilities, quacks and shamen is still prevalent in the villages under the Parbung sub divisional headquaters located along the border.
David is a common man in Senvon village. But in absence of any healthcare facility he is like a doctor. When a man suffers a cut injury he will go to the house of David. Using some locally available herbs he will somehow staunch the blood. Then he will get hold of an ordinary needle and thread found in each house and then suture the cuts. And he is having a thriving business.
