Applications are invited for ONE (01) position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF),
in a research project entitled “Quantification of Natural Uranium in Groundwater and Associated Water Quality Parameters in the Districts of Manipur Valley (Imphal East, Imphal West, Thoubal and Bishnupur)”
at Department of Forestry and Environmental Science,
Manipur University, Canchipur, Imphal-795003, Manipur (India).
The project is funded by Board of Research in Nuclear Sciences (BRNS), Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India.
The fellowship is coterminous with the project for two years with emoluments of Rs. 25,000/- p.m. along with applicable HRA.
Qualifications:
The applicant should have qualification M.Sc. (Environmental Science/ Environmental Chemistry)/M.Tech. (Environmental Engineering).
Candidates having GATE/NET qualification with interest to pursue Ph.D. will be preferred.
