Morung Express | Dimapur, September 17 (MExN):
The NSCN (IM) pointed out that the Home Minister should also understand that the second clause of the Ceasefire agreement between the NSCN and GoI is “without pre-condition”. The two other clause states that the political dialogue will be at the highest level and outside India in a third country. “His statement seems to exhibit the fact that there has been no proper consultations and co-ordination amongst the leaders in the GoI”.
The NSCN (IM) has stated that it “consider this development as very unfortunate and premature when the political dialogue between the NSCN and the Government of India as two entities is said to have reached a crucial stage”.
