Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh, who arrived in the capital of Cambodia to a red carpet welcome on a sunny bright afternoon to take part in the 10th ASEAN Summit and Seventh East Asia Summit (EAS), is expected to focus on further boosting connectivity with the ASEAN and East Asian nations as part of the UPA Government’s flagship Look East Policy (LEP).
