Nomination process for Medical Courses as state Govt nominees 2011

GOVERNMENT OF MANIPUR MEDICAL DIRECTORATE NOTIFICATION
No.104/4/81-DHS(PI.XI) :
Applications are invited from intending and eligible candidates for selection of candidates for nomination to the following courses as state Govt, nominees for the academic session, 2011-12.
Candidates should be domicile of Manipur by birth or either of the parents has been residing in Manipur continuously for 20 years or is in the service of the Govt, of Manipur or an Institution/organisation which is a body substantially owned or controlled by the Govt, of Manipur
1. B.H.M.S. (Degree course) B.N.Y.S. B.A.M.S.
(i) 10+2 (Sc.) passed / equivalent exam from any recognised Board / University / council with English, physics, Chemistry & Biology securing riot less than 50% (55% for central pool seats of BHMS, BNYS & BAMS for all categories) marks for General/OBC and 40% marks for SC/ST candidates in Physics, Chemistry & Biology in individual subjects.
(ii) Age shall be 17-24 years for General/OBC & 17-27 years for ST/SC candidates on 31-12-2011
2. i). B.Sc. Nursing, ii). Bachelor's in Radiography & Imaging Technology (BRIT), & iii). Bachelor's in Optometry. & Ophthalmic Techniques (B.O.O.T.) (Degree Course)
(i) 10+2 (Sc.) passed equivalent exam from any recognised Board/University/Council with English, Physics, Chemistry & Biology individually and securing not less than 50% marks for General/OBC and 40% marks for SC/ ST candidates (45% for RIPANS for SC/ST/OBC) in Physics, Chemistry & Biology taken together,
(ii) Age shall be 17-24 years for General/OBC & 17-27 years for ST/SC/OBC candidates on 31-12-2011.
B. Pharm (Degree Course)
(i) 10+2 (Sc.) passed / equivalent exam from any recognised Board/University/Council with English, Physics, Chemistry & Biology individually and securing not less, than 50% marks for General/OBC and 40% marks for SCI ST candidates (45% for RIPANS for SC/ST/OBC) in Physics, Chemistry & Biology taken together. OR Passed Diploma in pharmacy from any recognised Institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India with 50% marks.
(ii) Age shall be 17-24 years for General/OBC & 17-27 years for ST/SC candidates on 31-12-2010.
3. B.Sc. MLT (Degree Course)
(i) 10+2 (Sc.) passed/ equivalent exam from any recognised Board/University/Council with English, Physics, Chemistry & Biology/Math, securing not less than 50% marks for General and 45% marks for SC/ST/OBC candidates
(ii) Age shall be 17-24 years for General/OBC & 17-27 years for ST/SC candidates on 31-12-2011.
4. Diploma in Pharmacy (Diploma Course)
(i) 10+2 (Sc.) passed/ equivalent exam from any recognised Board/University/Council with Physics, Chemistry & Biology securing not less than 50% marks for General/ OBC and 40% marks for SC/ST candidates.
(ii) Age shall be 17-24 years for General/OBC & 17-27 years for ST/SC candidates on 31-12-2011.
SCHEDULE OF THE COMPETITIVE EXAMINATION
1. Issue/Sale of Application forms - 15.06.11 to 25.06.11 (10.30 a.m. to 4 p.m.)
2. Submission of application forms - 20.06.11 to 01.07.11 (10.30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
3. Issue of admit card - 06.07.11 to 08.07.11. (10.30 a.m. to 4 p.m.)
4. Date of Entrance Examination - 10.07.2011 (SUNDAY): Time will be printed in the admit card.
5. Venue of Examination - Will be printed in the admit card.
