Mangaal Sustainable Solutions Pvt. Ltd is a social enterprise providing customised solutions to all those facing energy access issues, especially the underserved, to create a positive impact on their lives. We are two and a half years old, headquartered in Imphal, Manipur and currently have 2 other branches in Imphal and Churachandpur districts.
As of now, we are providing solar based solutions. Apart from some portable lamps and solar water heaters, we don’t have a fixed set of products as we customise solutions based on user needs, affordability, etc. Our customised solutions have ranged from solar home lighting systems with solar panels sizes between 40Wp – 200Wp to institutional projects of 2.25KWp, 3.2KWp, etc.
We are being mentored by SELCO, a social enterprise and a pioneer in the clean energy sector in India, through their SELCO Incubation Centre. We have seen modest success in our operations, have seen good acceptance of our services and products. We have also partnered with one bank and three MFIs in Manipur to make our systems affordable through end user financing.
We are in growth stage and are looking at expanding our product and service offerings and area of operations. To better position Mangaal for the next phase of growth and challenges, we are looking at revamping the organisation structure by filling up the below mentioned positions.
