It is truly benevolent to say that CBI has the potential to furnish a legitimate tomato ketchup theory; and ironically CBI has the right to canvas the First Information Report (I pick this one of the high profile cases as an example) in the case of Moninder Singh Pandher's confession on December 29, 2006, as recorded by DSP Dinesh Yadav, Noida Police.

The strongest proof ever found to be produced before any investigative jury in bringing the final verdict is the confession made by the accused himself/herself on the First Information Report and confession made to the concerned authorities.

Apart from the explosive revelation confessed by the accused, CBI chargesheet stated that the confession himself as
"Accused Moninder Singh, s/o Sampuran Singh, r/o 1012, Sector 27 Chandigarh, present address D-5, Sector 31, Noida, District Gautam Budh Nagar, while confessing to his crime told us, 'I am around 50 years old. I have several JCB repairing workshops, one of which is in Noida. I have also farm lands in Punjab.

My family lives in Punjab. I live alone in this house and my servant Surendra, alias Satish, stays here to take care of the house. I get call girls for fulfilling my physical needs. Miss Payal, alias Deepika, was a call girl and she charged me Rs. 2,500 for one night. Deepika had spent several nights with me and so she started blackmailing me, to save myself from her, I hatch a plan along with my servant Surendra and made Surendra kill Payal and dispose of her body'.

When I could get a girl at night, I could not sleep. Then I would ask Surendra to make some arrangement. Then he would lure any boy or girl he found near the house. In this way, I raped several small girl and boys during the last one or one-and-a-half (1-11/2) years, for which I apologize. Whoever I raped, I got killed by my servant Surendra according to the plan, so that the secret was never exposed. Forgive me
", the premier agency admits that this confession was made before the cops but not to them.

This FIR confession report has been given by Moninder himself on the 29 December 2006 before the Noida Police, DSP Dinesh Yadav. In a quite contrary, after the long story of this case, from head-to-toe has the several enough proof that Surendra Koli killed several victims on behest of the employer Moninder Singh, but finally the CBI chargesheet furnished that "he (Moninder) did not just have knowledge of what his servant was doing. Moninder did not acknowledge his complicity in the murders either in the lie detector test or narco-analysis".

Yet after three months of Moninder and Koli's confession the CBI chargesheet finds the master guilty only of the charges relating to conspiracy and destruction of evidence. The CBI's investigation is full of unanswered questions, even though, by its own admission, the premier investigation agency boasts of having gone about its job with a team comprising 30 officials and headed by an IG level officer.

It was an unexpected development that, the CBI gave the Pandher the clean chit at a press conference on March 22. He was guilty only on account of immoral trafficking but not of rape and murder. But there are several questions that the country's premier investigating agency still has to answer.

Why could it not get Pandher to confess, when he had admitted to rape and murder to the very police of Noida PS? Why did the CBI not mention the portions pertaining to Pandher in the Noida police case diary in its chargesheet?

Why did CBI destroy the documents of evidence taken from Nand Lal (Father of Payal). Why should anybody – most people believe the CBI when the case was among the country's most horrific and sordid crime? And many more unanswered questions are still smoke on the surface.

The case is just a pinch of grain among the thousand others; their investigation which often sees many accused walk free. Apart from this case, I am giving some other clean chit as examples - Manu Sharma son of a very influencing Minister from Haryana never killed Jessica Lal at the Tamarind Court because the investigating agency introduced the 'two gun theory'.

A speeding BMW in Delhi killed the poor who were sleeping on the footpath, but when it was time for justice, the car became a truck. In the high profile case connecting to the Mumbai bomb blast, accused filmstar Sanjay Dutt possessed and destroy as AK-56 rifle, a prohibited weapon, but the chargesheet appealed that he had acquired it only for "self protection".

Time won't heal the spirit of trauma and the reality will not firm a just verdict unless the premier agencies and the people of Manipur gave birth from a same womb of blood in the timeline. Bringing a justice from CBI in the case of Monika's exclusive conspiracy theory would be a mere dream when it comes to justice.

This is just a political relief exercise which ha to be done. Believe or not money is the most sophisticated weapon among all the weapons of the world, geographical entity matters a lot when it comes to a fairness justice against the odds of racial justice and discrimination, historical background and ethnic entity counts a lot when it comes to the candour of justness against all those segregation and favoritism and the minority is the most vital role taking place amongst the sub-continent India.

Nevertheless, sports deserved to be the only object in the line of action to penetrate and break the barriers of any obstruction laid down on the road.

If it is that then participating and carrying a torch of game and sports in the international and world arenas to compete each other is the only spirit to go on. Make us mind to be reached to the international platform ourselves with quick action, because this is not an issue of self-determination and a demand of independent state.

Concluded....
