Youths of Manipur have enough talent to compete in any national and international competitions. If we provide them opportunities and better training facilities, then, they can win in every competition of the world. We are very late to provide them career launching facilities specially for aspirant and promising youths of Manipur.

However, we should not neglect to counsel an unfortunate one. Life is itself not a bed of roses. Any attempt to establish an independent research and analysis department enables to forecast the present and future cause of action, will be very helpful to our society.

Now, the world is competitive in every field; particularly in Industrialisation, privatisation, advertising, management etc. People admire on ones ability. That is why, aspirant and promising youths in metropolitan city, now a days, have a dream only for USA. Thousands of lucrative and aristocrat families of India are seeking visa for USA citizenship.

In the same way, Nagaland experiences peace and Dimapur has become an important commercial Centre. Besides, Naga Peoples knows how to praise (the term 'praise' is commonly used by Christianity) the Nagaland. Therefore, Nagaland has become a centre of attraction for all Nagas inhabited in North East. Ultimately, the idea of territorial integration of Nagas inhabited areas has come into exits in the mind of Naga people without knowing the ground realities apart from influences by a few leaders.

(In ground reality, Dimapur has even the problems of drinking water. People consume only well water. Recently, water supplies through tankers came into effect in few places of Dimapur. Interestingly, People appreciated the government services render to the people by distributing drinking water through tankers).

Therefore, Manipur should keep its environment sound to become a centre of attraction. We should encounter by a better idea. Only then, the feeling of territorial integration of Nagas inhabited areas will decline gradually. Our hilly people need development. People should learn how to publicise our positive approaches towards understanding, development and peaceful co-existences.

We need a new economic order or economic revolution. However, Europeans fenced its boundary first before they build a house. Manipur should keep its boundaries fenced; or fenced the mind of the people with a new thought to prevent ourselves from inevitable dangers influences by foreign bodies.

Our highways, which are the only life line of the State has become a centre of looting and illegal tax collection. It is the easiest means of earning for them. Or have any options? Try to understand the living standard of our hilly people. Majority of our people should have sympathy for them.

Did we need to extend financial and moral support to our hilly people living in far remote villages of hills? Now, we are degraded to 16th century. Red Indians do not know how to earn and how to work before America got independence. Their easiest means for food was killing and looting white merchants. At last, white men had decided to distribute foods and essential items. White men taught them the skills of work and skills of earning to prevent themselves from the dangers of Red Indian haunting . This was the beginning of world aids and relief.

We need a systematic economic policy, which is acceptable by the people for the people. People should participate in any debate on a new economic order. But, the question is who will initiate economic revolution and how?
