Land locked Manipur's ordeal during highway blockade starts with fuel crisis. The state capital witnessed a flurry of activities in the grey market with petrol prices skyrocketing to Rs 140 per litre on Tuesday, which was the first day of the indefinite strike.
Roadside vendors and other black marketers made the most of the situation and sold petrol at an inflated rate of Rs 140 per liter across Imphal city.
