Manipur govt to ink MoU with 3 KCP factions

With talks to sign a peace deal with three groups of Kangleipak Communist Party (KCP) was in progress, Manipur government was understood to have proposed a 13-point terms and conditions to be abide by the groups while inking agreements.
After a group of KCP led by Lallumba alias Hitendra had entered to a tripartite agreement with centre and state government, three more factions, KCP (Lamphel), KCP (Taibangnanba) and KCP (City Meetei) have come forward for peace talks with government of India and government of Manipur and expressed their willingness to return to normal life giving up arms.
