Love
- Deep from the Soul -
K. Radhakumar *
We are such stuff as dreams are made on,
and our little life, is rounded with a sleep.
- Shakespeare
It's a dream,
A wonderful dream
Love is.
And life's not worth sleeping over.
I live in my dreams
And my dreams are resonant with
Images and sounds
Hopes and memories.
I wish I woke to find
My Beauty who loves white roses.
Its night,
A long, long night
No moon no stars no night birds
No white lotuses on the surface of ponds
And morning is a long way away.
What do I do
But sleep and dream.
Yes, the Beast sleeps
To be woken.
Ah, love!
I'm dying for a bunch of white roses.
At this rate, I'll be crying to my dying day.
