Life
Thokchom Sunita *
I have lived for more than a twenty Years BY NOW
Still with the Doubt what Life has bound for me!
Staring out the window from the balcony
I can smell the pass so similar, with voices that recall
All seemed to take shape wherever I stay
No mater I am away from the pass
And distance taken me away from my home place
Still the same scent of winter night
When I was having grand school days
I have been waiting for Years,
Haunted by Memories
So childish and here I miss it Once again
Life was full with the vicious cycle of Emotions
Sometime crazy yet filled with happiness
If I have to be blamed or beaten
Never Bothered 'Should I be that Good Girl?'
I wonder what it is upon the unknown Horizon!
The Promises of a Happy Ending tempts Me back
Should I be the one My Parents Wished for?
They say "Follow Your Dreams and be the best of ALL"
Should I wonder What really is My Dream and my Purpose
For these whole years I am unable to find one.
GOD help Me for I am lost in the middle of the PATH
