Applications on plain paper from enthusiastic candidates fluent in English armed with computer knowledge are invited for the positions mentioned below;

1. HR Manager – 1. (2-5+ yrs exp preferred).
Age: 25 – 40 yrs,
Salary - Rs 21,000 to Rs 35,000 per month based on experience
Qualifications: MBA (HR) from a Reputed University.
Responsible for the overall success of the Human Resource Management Systems and providing strategic planning and guidance to the Senior Management.

2. Manager (Finance) - 1. (2-5+ yrs exp preferred).
Age: 22 – 35 yrs.
Salary - Rs 21,000 to Rs 35,000 per month based on experience
Qualifications: MBA (Finance)/M.Com.
Manage the financial transactions for the company, raise funds from various channels, prepare necessary reports for senior management and external stakeholders and ensure that the organization is meeting its statutory audit, tax obligations and other related matters.

3. Assistant Manager - 3.
Age: 20 – 35 yrs
Salary – Rs 15,000 to Rs. 20,000 per month based on experience
Qualifications: Graduate (2 years of experience in Microfinance Sector preferred).
Shall manage the day-to-day activities of the Branch and have powers to do all such acts and take all steps, which is his opinion are necessary, conductive , incidental and ancillary are expedient to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the Branch.
To manage the microfinance activities and accounts of the branch, documentation, supervise and train Loan Officers and report to Manager (Operation) on Branch performance.

4. Executive Secretary – 1. (2-5+ yrs exp preferred).
Age: 20 – 30 yrs,
Salary - Rs 12,000 to Rs. 20,000 per month based on experience
Qualifications: Graduate from a Reputed University.
Office Management, drafting, manage filing system, handling correspondence, organizing meeting.

5. Field Executive - 4.
Age: 18 – 25 yrs.
Salary – Rs 6,000 to Rs 12,000
Qualifications: XII passed.
Manage the microfinance activity in the centres assigned, to enroll new clients, analyse, disbursement and collection of the loan, and develop loan portfolio according to the branch expansion plan, and report to the Branch Manager.
